Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

  • To book a shooting experience with GunStorm, a non-refundable reservation fee of £300 GBP is required.
  • The remaining balance of the package price must be paid in full before the scheduled start date of your adventure.
  • Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made x days or more before the scheduled start date of your shooting adventure will be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable reservation fee.
  • Cancellations made within x days of the scheduled start date are non-refundable, and the full package price will be charged.
  • Any changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or transferring to another individual, may be subject to additional fees and are subject to availability.
  • GunStorm reserves the right to cancel or reschedule adventures due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered to participants.

3. Age and Health Requirements:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in our shooting adventures without supervision.
  • Participants who are 14 years old and older may attend but must be supervised by a guardian who is 18 years or older. The guardian assumes responsibility for the minor’s safety and conduct during the adventure.
  • All participants must be in good physical and mental health. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please inform us during the booking process.

4. Alcohol and Substance Policy:

  • For safety reasons, individuals under the influence of alcohol or any substance (including drugs) will not be admitted to the shooting range.
  • We prioritize the safety of all participants and expect responsible and sober participation during the training.

5. Firearms and Ammunition:

  • Firearms and ammunition are provided as part of the package.
  • The package includes approximately 500-600 rounds of ammunition, depending on the specific adventure. Extra rounds may be available for purchase at an additional cost, subject to the type of firearm or rifle chosen.

6. Flights and Travel:

  • Flight arrangements to Poland are not included in our packages. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights.
  • GunStorm can offer advice and recommendations regarding flight options and suitable arrival times.

7. Safety and Training:

  • Safety is our top priority. All participants are required to follow safety instructions provided by our certified instructors.
  • Our certified instructors will assess participants’ skills and may make adjustments to group assignments for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

8. Liability and Waiver:

  • Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before starting the shooting adventure.
  • GunStorm is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the adventure, except in cases of negligence on our part.

9. Code of Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that includes respecting the safety rules, fellow participants, and the environment.
